December harvest

We've just finished the warmest November ever in Western New York! John has gotten the yard and all the gardens cleaned up already, except for one plant that was still producing....


December 1 we had our first snowfall of the season. I followed John to the garden to harvest what will probably be the last of our broccoli.



He was very excited to have fresh broccoli in November and is excited to be able to tell people we still had broccoli in December. And it was delicious!!
